Jeff Eddings is a product strategy and development leader with over fifteen years experience building Internet software and companies. He has a broad range of experience from product management and software development to business development, consulting, and people management at companies from four-person startups to Fortune 500 organizations. His role at Turner is as Senior Director of the Emerging Technologies group, focused on identifying, building, and launching social products and growing partnerships with small and large social platforms. In addition, he’s a director of Media Camp, an accelerator for media startups as part of Turner and Warner Bros.
Before Turner, Jeff ran business products at StumbleUpon, a social discovery platform helping users find great content on the web. In his time there, he launched several major cornerstone products, and quadrupled revenue in two years. Prior to StumbleUpon, Jeff spent seven years at Google, building and working across different products in advertising, search, social and developer products. Prior to his time at Google, Jeff spent a decade in Silicon Valley and Boston starting and building online businesses in areas like software-as-a-service, online merchandising and e-commerce, and web strategy consulting.
Jeff studied mathematics, computer science, linguistics, and music at the University of Florida and Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Mathematics with Computer Science and Pure Mathematics concentrations.
