ABOUT MEDIA CAMP
Media Camp, a Turner/Warner Bros. initiative, is a comprehensive accelerator program that educates entrepreneurs and enables them to build innovative media businesses. Key features of Media Camp include presentations and workshops focused on media technology, formal mentorship from media industry experts, community events and knowledge sharing, as well as direct investments including partnerships and vendor relationships.
Our flagship offering, Media Camp Academy, is a twelve-week accelerator program for early-stage technology companies and entrepreneurs, focused on the media space, with an existing product. We offer the Academy in two locations. In Los Angeles, Warner Bros. leads the program. In San Francisco, Turner leads. The Academy covers the media business in both depth and breadth with the goal of dramatically accelerating the commercialization of the participants product(s). Participants will initially receive $20K in funding. Throughout the program there is a potential for commercial agreements.
In addition to the accelerator Academy, Media Camp holds several events for the entire startup community, including open workshops and partnerships with existing conferences.
